Willard “Billy” Edgar Lloyd, 69, of Williamsburg, Virginia passed away on November 13, 2021. He was preceded in death by his father, Willard “Bill” Edgar Lloyd III; and his dog, Charlie.
Billy was a banquet worker for Ft. MacGruder, and in his spare time he enjoyed golfing and bowling. He was also an avid Redskins fan.
He is survived by his mother, Barbara K. Lloyd; sisters, Pat DeBone (John), Deborah Swinburne, and Celeste Bengston.

Billy will be buried in Easton, Maryland at St. Peter & Paul.
