Sharon Marie Jones

Sharon had various careers in her life, ranging from a custodian for Jamestown and Lafayette, to a Harvey FD dispatcher, and a Salesperson for Sears. She was also an active singer and member of the Grace Baptist Church choir.

She is survived by her husband of 57 years, Raymond Jr.; son, Butch Jones; daughter, Rebecca Jones (Edwin Russell); grandsons, Nathaniel and Zacheriah Russell; and friends, William and Juanita Armstead, Carolyn and Ray Burkes, Geraldine Coffman, and LaRae Shaul.

A visitation will be held on Friday, October 15, 2021 from 5-7:00pm at Nelsen Funeral Home, Williamsburg. A service will follow at Grace Baptist, 1013 Penniman Rd, Williamsburg, on Saturday, October 16, 2021, at 11:00am. Interment at Williamsburg Memorial Park will take place at a later date.
