Carl F. Dreyer Jr. (68) of Willard, died Monday, July 30, 2012 at St. Vincent Hospital, Toledo. He was born November 5, 1943 in Ashland to the late Carl F. and Effie Mae (Edwards) Dreyer Sr. Carl was a veteran of the US Army and worked for American Standard, Mansfield, Guenther Plumbing in Ashland then later he was a part owner in Schodorf Plumbing working in the commercial end of the business throughout the area until owning and operating the Radioshack and Local TV and Electronics with Steve Nedolast, retiring in 2006. He was a member of the VFW, American Legion, Moose and the Ripley Church in Greenwich. He was a former member of the Rotary Club of Willard and a supporter of Pheasants Forever. Carl enjoyed camping and loved being in Florida in the winter.
Carl is survived by his wife Donna (Hall) Dreyer, 2 daughters: Lisa (Steve) Nedolast of Willard and Deborah Martin of Stow. 4 grandchildren: Hannah and Sidney Nedolast and Wyatt and Carl Martin, sister: Shirley (Wayne) Heffelfinger of Loudonville. He was preceded in death by his parents, brothers: Ronald, Roger, Jerry Dreyer and sister: Barbara Brownfield.
A memorial service will be held at 7:00 P.M. Friday, August 3, 2012 at the Lindsey-Kocher Funeral Service, 323 Myrtle Ave., Willard, OH with Pastor Bob Hudberg of the Foundation Church, Norwalk conducting the service. Friends may call Friday 4-7 P.M. at the funeral home. In lieu of flowers, memorial contributions may be made to the Foundation Church, Norwalk through the funeral home.
