Thelma Joyce Northcutt, age 83, of Park City, Kansas, passed away on Tuesday, September 19, 2023. She was born November 10, 1939, to Hiram B. McGee and Mary Ann (Hodges) McGee in Figure Five, Arkansas.
Thelma graduated from West High School in 1958. Was a past PTA President at Stanley Elementary and a former Girl Scouts Leader. She also worked at Coleman for 18 years before she retired. Thelma enjoyed the outdoors; especially when the family went camping. Above all, Thelma loved spending time and cooking for her family.
She was preceded in death by her parents, Hiram and Mary Ann McGee; daughter, Brenda Woodman-Walton; son, Chip Walker; sister, Della Rand; and brothers, Henry McGee and Billy McGee.
Thelma is survived by her husband of 49 years, Eddie Northcutt; children, Marty Walker, Samantha (Quentin) Garrett, and Jeff Walker; 8 grandchildren; 21 great-grandchildren; 3 great-great grandchildren; brother, Don McGee; sister, Linda (Robert) Lester; brother-in-law's, Rod (Kathleen) Northcutt and Robert Northcutt; as well as numerous nieces, nephews and many friends.
Funeral Service for Thelma will be held 10:00AM, Monday, September 25, 2023, with visitation one hour prior, at Lakeview Funeral Home. Burial will follow the service at Lakeview Cemetery in the Garden of Apostles Extension, 12100 E. 13th Street N., Wichita, Kansas 67206.
In lieu of flowers, memorial contributions in Thelma's memory can be made to The Lord's Diner And/Or Kansas Food Bank.
