age 61, of Wichita, Kansas passed away on Monday, December 20, 2021. Richard (Rick) was born May 9, 1960 to Melvin & Donna Kilgore in Wichita, Kansas.
Rick had three children that he loved dearly. For many years Rick did construction for multiple businesses. He also liked to work on cars and tree work. Rick enjoyed fishing and spending time with his family.
He was preceded in death by his parents and one child Dustin Wayne Heibert.
Survivors include children Tandra Smith and Richard ( Micki) Williamson; siblings Melvin (Mary) Kilgore, Teresa Stanart, Rhonda Romesburg, Steve Kilgore, Victoria Guillroy and several grandchildren and many nieces and nephews.
Memorial services will be held at a later date.
