He is preceded in death by his parents and brother.
Richard is survived by his loving and patient wife of nearly 60 years, Linda (Furgason) Harper; son, Richard W. (Chantal) Harper of Moore, OK; daughters, Debra Palmer of Wichita, KS, Tammy (Mark) Tatum of Delray Beach, FL, and Brenda (Mike) Aldridge, of Augusta, KS; grandchildren Misty, Heather, Breanna, and Thomas; 8 great-grandchildren; and 1 great-great-grandchild.
A come and go visitation will be held from 10-11 a.m. Tuesday, August 25, 2020. Richard's funeral service will be held at 11:00 a.m. in the chapel at Resthaven Mortuary on August 25, 2020. Interment will follow at Resthaven Gardens of Memory.
