Raymond A. "Ray" Holmes

Raymond A. "Ray" Holmes passed away on September 13, 2021. He was born on June 26, 1931 to Robert M. and Pearl E. Holmes. Preceded in death by his first wife of 42 years Pansy "Pat" and by his second wife of 21 years LaVeta, five brothers, three sisters, daughter in law Sally and great granddaughter Abbrielle. Survived by his children "the twins" daughter Carla (Jose) Flores and son Chris Holmes, three granddaughters Lindsay Small, Amanda Flores and Dominique "DJ" Flores and six great grandchildren. Ray worked for the USPS for thirty three years and retired on April 1, 1988. Ray always had a great garden of fresh tomatoes and hot jalapeno peppers for us to enjoy. He was always excited to play anyone in a game of pool and dominos, watching any baseball/softball game and always enjoyed spending winters in Casa Grande, Arizona.
