Oscar was born October 25, 1948 in Talamantes - Chih, Mexico, the son of Jose Carrasco and Antonia Renteria.
He was preceded in death by his wife, Arcelia Madrid in 2003.
He is survived by his children; Maria, Arcelia, Oscar Jr., Brisa, Jesus, and Francisco along with 20 grandchildren and 12 great-grandchildren.

Visitation will be 3:00 P.M.- 6:30 P.M. with family present on Friday (November 4th, 2022) at Advantage Funeral & Cremation Services - Wichita, 4408 W. Central Avenue, Wichita, Kansas.
Recitation of the Holy Rosary will be 8:00 P.M. on Friday (November 4th, 2022), with the Mass of Christian Burial on Saturday (November 5th) at 9:00 A.M. both at Our Lady of Perpetual Help Catholic Church, 2351 N. Market Street, Wichita, Kansas.
Burial will follow at Kechi Township Cemetery, 6523 N. Hillside Avenue, Park City, Kansas.
