Melvin J. Brungardt, 86, retired foreman for TWECO, passed away on Tuesday, January 22, 2013. Melvin was born in Victoria, Kansas in 1926. He married the love of his life, Alice Eberle, in 1947. Melvin served in the US Army during WWII in the Asiatic Pacific Theater.
Preceded in death by parents Francis and Amelia (Hertel) Brungardt, brothers Alvin and Vernal. Survived by his loving wife of 65 years Alice, son Steve (Marcia) of Wichita, daughter Carol (Charles) Geller of San Angelo, TX, 6 grandchildren and 7 great grandchildren.
Rosary, 7pm, Fri., Jan. 25, Funeral Mass, 10am, Sat. Jan. 26 both at St. Margaret Mary Catholic Church.
