Max R. Clem, went peacefully to join his Lord and loving wife. He was born September 11, 1933 to Arthur and Glenda Clem in Enid, Oklahoma. Max worked and retired from Beech Aircraft after 43 years. He loved gardening, hunting, and woodworking. Max loved his family and was very proud of them all.
He was preceded in death by his parents, Arthur and Glenda Clem; wife of 63 years, Vera; daughter, Terri Lansdown; and brother, K.D. Clem.
Max is survived by his daughter, Cindy K. Clem of Wichita; sons, Rusty M. (Jacque) Clem of Mulvane, and Tracy V. Clem (Hugo Acebo) of Miami, FL; grandchildren, Adam Highland of Lawrence, Charity Martin of Towanda, Jason (Linda) Lansdown of Wichita, Shane Clem of Udall, Shonda (Woody) Palmer, Aaron (Lancie) Clem, Austen Clem, all of Mulvane; and 11 great-grandchildren.
Visitation will be on Thursday, April 21, 2022 from 6:00pm to 8:00pm, at Lakeview Funeral Home, 12100 E. 13th St. N., Wichita, Kansas 67206.
Service will be held 11:00am, Friday, April 22, 2022 with visitation one hour prior, at Rose Hill United Methodist Church, 19551 SW Butler Rd., Rose Hill, KS. Burial will follow the service at Lakeview Cemetery.
