Kathleen A. Borst, 94, passed away on April 15, 2017. Rosary will be held at 7 p.m. on Thursday; Funeral Mass will be at 10a.m. on Friday, both at St. Margaret Mary Catholic Church. She was born in St. Joe, Mo. and lived in Kansas, Oklahoma and Texas, then settled in Wichita where she worked as Co-Owner of Borst Nursery & Garden Center with her husband, Leo Borst for 50 years. Her family was her pride and joy and she spent her time with them as much as possible. She travelled extensively in Europe and throughout the U.S. Preceded in death by her husband, Leo Borst, parents, Mildred and Henry Churchman; daughter, Mary Beth Borst; sister, Marie Mesh; brothers, Art and Jim Churchman. Survived by daughter, Kathe (John) Bistline; sons, Steve, Dan and Joe Borst; sisters, Peggy Winters and Marguerite Churchman; brother, Mike Churchman; grandchildren, Adam, Josh, Jessica (Justin) and Jeremy; great-grandchildren, Olivia, Russell, Madison, Maycie, Truman, Aiden, Eli, Ashton and Ethan.
