Heather attended Newton High School and graduated with the class of 1995.
Heather was a life-long Newtonian and spent her whole life in the Newton area.
She was preceded in death by: her mother, Susan; her grandparents; and her brother, Tommy Foth.
She is survived by: her children, Mikayla Danielle Hill, Asia Erma Nell Hill, Ronni Ashlynn Hill, Keegan Lee Rimbey, and Elijah Jordan Foth; her father, Edward (Mila) Foth; her sisters, Kristi Rimbey, Haley Spencer and Ariel Spencer; her grandchildren, Aniyah, Mia, Aspen and Za' Mari; along with many nieces, nephews, and cousins.
Cremation has been chosen and a memorial service will be held on Friday, September 8, 2023, 7-9 p.m. at All Nations Church, 225 W. 7th St., Newton, Kansas, 67114.
