Geraldine Spicer

Spicer, Geraldine “Gerry” V., 80, homemaker passed away Monday, September 20, 2010. Preceded by her parents Albert and Catherine Fischer, sisters Darlene Fischer and Charlene Rinke. Gerry was involved in Church Guild, Altar Society, Harvest House and was a Boy and Girl Scout leader. She enjoyed her card group and loved traveling with her husband. Survived by her loving husband of 57 years Robert “Bob”, son Ronald Spicer (Jackie) of Shawnee, KS, daughter Karen Yarrow (Lee) of Morganville, KS, son Alan Spicer (Rose) of Topeka, KS, brother Larry Fischer (Kathy) of Coffeyville, KS, sisters Vanitta McGoffin of Lafayette, LA, Georgetta Pascoff of Cary, NC, Eula McKedy (Charles) of Colorado Springs, CO, Lyola Hatfield (Floyd) of Pratt, KS, Carol Malashchuck (Richard) of Wichita, KS, brother-in-law Vernon Rinke of Medicine Lodge, KS and 8 grandchildren.

Rosary, 7pm, Wed. Sept. 22, Funeral Mass, 10:30am, Thurs. Sept. 23 both at St. Margaret Mary Catholic Church with burial to follow at Resthaven Cemetery.
