Gail Lusk, 91, died October 26, 2016. She had been a resident at the Wichita Presbyterian Manor since May of 1996. She was born June 1, 1925 at Thayer, Kansas to Frank R. and Lydia (Rufi) Ross. She graduated from Thayer High School in 1943. She attended nurses training at Axtell Christian Hospital in Newton, Kansas and graduated in 1946. She worked as a RN for forty years, and was last employed at the Wichita Clinic in the OB department. After her retirement, much of her time was spent volunteering and assisting others. She was a member of the Woodridge Christian Church in Wichita. She was married to George B. Lusk, Jr. on June 6, 1959 in Wichita. She was preceded in death by her parents, her husband on December 2, 1989 and a brother, Clark F. Ross on October 19, 1989. Survivors include several cousins and many friends Visitation: 12:00 p.m. Monday, October 31, 2016; Service: 1 p.m. Monday, October 31, 2016, both at Presbyterian Manor Chapel, 4700 W. 13th St., Wichita, KS 67212. Burial to follow at White Chapel Memorial Gardens. In lieu of flowers, memorials may be made to the Woodridge Christian Church, 12111 E. 13th St. N., Wichita, KS 67206 or the Wichita Presbyterian Good Samaritan Fund.
