“Liz” was a loving wife, mother, grandmother, and friend who dedicated her life to her loved ones. She retired as corporal from the Sedgwick County Sheriff Department. after 23 years of service.
She is preceded in death by her parents, Carolyn and Donald Eck. Survivors include her husband, Mark Plant; daughter, Jordan Boren; stepchildren, Philip Plant (Jill), Jessica Devader (Brandon), Natalie Martin, and Daniel Plant (Mandy Schultz); grandchildren, Zaydan McCoy, Devin, Blake, and Jaycee Plant, and Janny and Owen Martin, Gauge and Lincoln DeVader ; siblings, Cindy Eck (Pat Oliver), Randy Eck (Deidra), Eric Eck (Kristina), and Michael Eck (Mindy); and many nieces and nephews.
Rosary will be held on Thursday, November 10, 2022 at 7:00 p.m. and Mass of Christian Burial on Friday, November 11, 2022 at 10:30 a.m., both at Saint Catherine of Siena Catholic Church.
