She married Jose Aragon on October 25, 2003 and together they shared 21 years.
She enjoyed crafting, listening to music, dancing and most of all spending time with her family.
Edith was a member of Holy Trinity Catholic Church where she was involved in many events at the parish.
She was preceded in death by her father.
She is survived by her husband Jose; two children, Anthony and Jonathan; mother, Francisca; ten siblings Maria, Raquel, Teresa, Carmen, Celina, Patricia, Gloria, Maribel, Ruben, Noe and many nieces, nephews, cousins and friends.
