91, born to Joseph and Emma (Haska) Purma on August 29, 1924 in Holyrood, KS passed away May 29th in Wichita. She was preceded in death by her husband of 43 years, Ervin William Doll, married on Jan. 23, 1946, and siblings, Joe Purma, Ida Mae Frick, Elsie Oshel and Ruth Miller. She is survived by her children, Kent (Victoria) Doll, Kirk (Kathryn) Doll, and Pamela (JB) Trunecek, and grandchildren, Kate Doll, Kelsey Amato, Kyle William Doll, Kent Neil Doll Jr., Rayna Jean Doll, Jill, Stacey, Wesley William, Diane Grace, and Kayla Trunecek. Dorothy's family would like to give a special thanks to the caring staff at Avita Senior Living. A visitation will be held from 6-8 PM on Thursday, June 2 and her funeral service will be held on Friday, June 3 at 10:00 AM, both held at Resthaven Mortuary. In lieu of flowers, memorials may be sent to Meals on Wheels or The Roving Pantry, which provides grocery shopping and delivery for homebound seniors. Both are located at 200 S.
