77, retired Tool Designer for Cessna and longtime member of the Wichita Fellowship Club, passed away May 4, 2017. Charley was first and foremost a loving husband and father. He was also a spirited and charismatic man who had the charm to get his way. He enjoyed golfing, spending time with family and friends, target shooting as well as tinkering and inventing gadgets. He will be dearly missed by all who knew him. He is preceded in death by his parents, Charlie and Thelma Bullock. He is survived by his wife of 38 years, Charlene; daughters Michele and Rebecca Bullock; sisters, Sue Bullock and Mary Hopkins; 7 step-children, 31 grandchildren, as well as many great-grandchildren.
