Funeral Services will be at 2:00 PM, Saturday, April 1, 2017, at Hampton Vaughan Funeral Home. Interment will be in Riverside Cemetery.
David was born on March 16, 1951 in Wichita Falls to Francis and Elfleda Ukena Harmon. He was a retired building contractor and loved to hunt, photography, writing poetry, and spending time with his sons and family. He was a friend to all and loved all animals. He could build anything and had an enormous heart.
Survivors include his sons: David Harmon, Jr. and wife Christy of Wichita Falls, Chance Harmon of Wichita Falls, and Cole Clouse of Mitchell, Indiana; sister: Carolyn Harmon of Wichita Falls; brother: Bill Harmon of Wichita Falls; and grandchildren: Landon Harmon, Lexie Harmon, Justin Harmon, and McKenzie Grant, all of Wichita Falls.
In lieu of flowers, the family asks that donations be made to Hospice of Wichita Falls.
