Adam Keith Poindexter, 32, of Bismarck, Arkansas went to be with his Lord December 29, 2012 at his home. Adam was born September 13, 1980 in Fort Smith, Arkansas to John Chris and Delores Elaine (Bledsoe) Poindexter. He was raised in Mustang, Oklahoma before moving to Bismarck as he began high school. He graduated from Bismarck High School in 1999 and had gone on to attend College of the Ouachitas.
Adam was extremely bright, witty, and clever. One of his friends referred to him as a “vat of useless Knowledge”. He had large amounts of pride towards his family and friends for their accomplishments. He had a naturally courteous nature, opening doors for strangers, returning shopping carts to the racks, and helping others. Adam was an amazing story-teller, going to great depths and keeping the listener enthralled. He was always happy and ready to have fun especially with any activity outdoors and had an extraordinary sense of humor. Those closest to him knew how deeply spiritual Adam really was. Adam was great with children and was an amazing uncle. He was everybody’s best friend and will be missed by all who knew him.
