Eileen Rush, 73, of Whiting passed away Monday, November 3, 2014 with her loving family at her side. Born in New York City, she lived in Manalapan for 38 years before moving to Whiting 4 years ago. A loving Mother and Grandmother, she was also very active in her community.
She was predeceased by Richard, her beloved husband of 39 years in 2006. Surviving are her loving children, Debra Goodman and her husband Ken of Reading, PA; Richard Rush and his wife Sharo of Oviedo, FL; Bernadette O’Sullivan and her husband Bill of Millstone. Seven grandchildren: Kyle, Kerry Kayleigh, C.J., David, Matthew, Mark; a brother, Bernard Sweeney and many friends.
A memorial gathering will be held on Friday from 2-5pm with a funeral service at 4:30pm at Anderson & Campbell Funeral Home, 115 Lacey Road, Whiting, NJ. Burial services will be private.
