Santina Teresa Ranucci, age 94, formerly of Clinton Twp., Michigan passed away on Friday, August 26, 2022. Santina was born on October 26, 1927 to Romolo and Adelaide (Quaglia) Giannini in Anzio, Italy. She married Antonio Ranucci, who preceded her in death. She is the loving mother of Costantino (Cindy), Patrizio (Anna) and Marco (the late Beverly); grandmother of Evan, Connor, Alana, Jessica, Michael, Stefania. Sonia, Sabrina, Sandra and Sara; great grandmother of Gianna; sister of Zelie Dell'Ovo, Piero Giannini and the late Lucio Giannini. Santina was a member of San Francesco Catholic Church in Clinton Twp., MI for many years where she sang in the choir and was an active parish member. Santina was loved by all but will be best remembered as a loving mother and an adoring Nonna to her grandchildren. She was an outstanding Italian cook known for her delicious dishes, especially her lasagna. A private family burial was held this week.
