Michael "Cet" Paul Cedotal

Michael “Cet” Paul Cedotal, a Paincourtville, LA. native and a resident of White Castle, LA., passed away quietly at home with his wife lovingly by his side on Monday, July 23, 2018 at the age of 66.

Cet was a hardworking man who retired from Dow Chemical with 32 years of service where he made many friends. He loved to play softball, enjoyed dancing and spending time with family and friends. There was a special love in his eyes for his grandchildren and he very much enjoyed the time he spent with them. He had a gift for making people laugh, always passing a good time and ensuring everyone around him did as well. He is survived by his wife of 34 years, Linda Molliere Cedotal; daughter, Kristie Comeaux Harris and husband Eric; sons, Damian and Derek Cedotal, Dustin Quibodeaux and wife Kasey; grandchildren, Austin and Alise Boudreaux, Hudson Harris, Chandler Wunstel, Brayden and Skylar Cedotal, Ty and Evans Quibodeaux, Adrienne, Lily and Lola Cedotal; great grandchild, Beau Kirst; brothers, Wayne Cedotal and wife Crystal, Gerard Cedotal and wife Tammy; brother-in-law, Robert Molliere and wife Nadine; sister-in-law, Gail Molliere; and many nieces and nephews. He was preceded in death by his parents, John and Pansy Cedotal; brothers, Gary and Donald Cedotal; father and mother-in-law, Hartson and Shirley Molliere; and brother-in-law, Glenn Molliere. Visitation will be held from 9:00 am to 11:00 am on Saturday, July 28, 2018 at Our Lady of Prompt Succor Catholic Church in White Castle followed by a Mass of Christian Burial at 11:00 am, Rev. Paul Yi officiating. Entombment will follow at White Castle Mausoleum. We would like to extend our sincere thanks to the nurses and caregivers at Comfort Care Hospice for the care they provided.
