Yuk Heung Cheung passed away peacefully at her lovely home in Highlands Ranch on June 27, 2022 at the age of 92. Yuk was surrounded by her loving family who supported her as she was recovering from a stroke. The doctor gave her only 3 days to live but she miraculously survived by 18 months. Throughout Yuk’s illness, she maintained a positive attitude and she sang and prayed for everyone she knew. Yuk enjoyed the time she was able to spend with her friends and family.
Survivors include her four children, Peter Choi, Margaret Choi, Ricky Choi and Steve Choi, her 17 grandchildren and 13 great grandchildren. She was preceded in death by her husband, Cheung Sau Choi and her two daughters, Mei Kuen Choi and Lai Kuen Choi.
Visitation will be 4:00 – 7:00 p.m. Tuesday, July 5 at Olinger Crown Hill Mortuary & Cemetery, 7777 W. 29th Ave in Wheat Ridge, Colorado. Her funeral service, officiated by Pastor Chi Eng Yuan, will be held 10:00 a.m. Wednesday, July 6 at the chapel in Olinger Crown Hill Mortuary & Cemetery, 7777 W. 29th Ave in Wheat Ridge, Colorado. Her final resting place will be beside her husband at Crown Hill Cemetery.
