59, passed away peacefully on December 13, 2013 in Westminster, Colorado. Born August 6, 1954 in Alamosa, Colorado to Dwaine and Venda Stevens. He is survived by his loving wife, Kathleen Stevens, sons Chris (Gina) Stevens, and Bryce (Heather) Perkins, granddaughter's, Natalie and Samantha, sisters Marla (Greg) Purcelley and Danel (Michael) Ogden, and a brother Mark (Peggy) Walton.
It was Shannon's request that no services be held. My he rest in peace.
