He was the fifth of six children. Bob deeply loved his family. He was a sweet and gentle person from youth and loved by all who knew him. At 15 he would enter the restaurant business where he would spend his life moving from a bus boy to general manager. He would meet Maxine , the love of his life, at Richards Restaurant.
Bob moved his family in 1974 to Escondido California. He worked At the Fireside restaurant tell near retirement. Bob loved the theater, movies, cooking, and entertaining. Bob is survived by His daughter Holly Dotson, his granddaughter Shawna Dotson and his great granddaughter Kaylinn Dotson Bob had a significant loss in his life just the month before when he lost his only grandson. He would never be the same again.
Bob left this world quietly, on September 16, 2021 we all yearn for the time we will all see him again.
A graveside service for Robert will be held Monday, September 27, 2021 from 1:30 PM to 2:00 PM at Mt. Olivet Cemetery, 12801 W. 44th Ave., Wheat Ridge, CO 80033.
