Ralph served in the United States Army during the Korean War.
Ralph worked for the City and County of Denver as a mechanic and line supervisor for the Public Works Division and he also worked part time for Rocky Mountain Tree Experts. Following his retirement in 1987, he owned and operated Rocky Mountain Auto Repair and later worked for Quality Tree.
He was preceded in death by his father, Henry J.C. Scheuerman and mother, Amelia Mollie Scheuerman; brothers, Ed Scheuerman, Albert Scheuerman, Alvin Scheuerman, Roy Scheuerman and Floyd Scheuerman.
He is survived by his wife, Violet Scheuerman; daughter, Cynthia (Jeffrey) Forster; sons, Dale (Joy) Scheuerman and Eric (Joey) Scheuerman; grandchildren, Nicole Scheuerman, Hannah Scheuerman, and Mollie Scheuerman.
Visitation will be held from 2-4p.m., Sunday, March 29, 2015, at Olinger Crown Hill Mortuary. A memorial service will be held at 10:30 a.m., Monday, March 30, 2015 at Atonement Lutheran Church, 6281 W. Yale Ave., Lakewood, CO 80227. Private interment services will be held at Fort Logan National Cemetery.
