Mrs. Miranda King, of Arvada, Colorado passed away on Sunday, October 3, 2021. Miranda was born September 14, 1982 in Denver and lived her entire life in the state of Colorado. Miranda died peacefully at the age of 39 and is survived by her children Violet (8), Vivienne (5), and William (3) along with her husband Bryce. Family was everything to Miranda. She was very close to her grandparents Helen and Albert Albrandt and spent much of her youth on their farm in Merino, Colorado.
She is survived by her 3 children, husband, father Randy Albrandt, mother Melody Mountz, brother Whit Albrandt, and grandmother Joann Sapp.
After graduating from the University of Colorado with a bachelor's degree in psychology, Miranda worked diligently to advance her career. She was a Customer Service Specialist at WhiteWave Foods and a Social Media Manager at Door 2 Door Organics. She used her knowledge of the Door 2 Door social media community to conceptualize and produce engaging content, including a viral video that garnered more than 1 million organic views. She worked hard to support her family, and while pregnant took on the role of Head of Digital and Social Media Strategy at Linhart PR and secured a major account within her first months on the job.
Miranda was a creative person who enjoyed home improvement, refinishing furniture, and embroidery. Her last days were spent putting the finishing touches on the decor of her children's new bedrooms. Miranda was known for her sarcastic sense of humor and had a magnetic personality that attracted people to her even though she was reserved. She was a very caring person who used her intuition to understand others and connect with them deeply. Miranda will be dearly missed by all who knew her.
Memorial services will be held at Landing Place Church in Commerce City on Thursday October 14 at 10:30am.
