My heart is broken to know that my aunt passed away I would have loved to have been notified

Our deepest sympathies to Mary Lou’s family.. She was a very sweet Lady with a beautiful heart and a wonderful personality. We will always remember her beautiful smile and the good times we shared. Our memories with her and Joe are priceless,  We enjoyed watching them gracefully dance and share their love for each other.  Loved her dearly, and know she is rejoicing with Joe. May the Lord give her family peace and comfort. May she R.I.P..🙏

Our deepest condolences to Marylou's family. She was very faithful and knew my parents from church many years ago. She and her husband prayed for Denise to find a good husband, and it has been a blessing to have Denise as our sister  in law.  She got to celebrate Christmas with her husband at the Lord's table.  Our prayers are with her children for peace, strength, and encouragement.  May God bless you all.

Marisa, Becky, Denise and Vincent- my heart goes out to you for your loss. But remember, when there is a ray of sunshine, shining down upon us, it’s your precious mother, still watching over us, and in the dark of night when there is that big bright star that is lightning up the sky, it’s Our beautiful Mary Lou, wrapping her arms around us, Reminding  us she will always and forever be watching over us all! It  made me so sad to hear of Mary Lou's passing. I got to know her a little better over the last several years.  We would talk on the phone from time to time and we always had the most wonderful conversations. She was a classy lady and a Godly woman.  I will miss her very much but I am grateful and honored to have known her. My condolences to the Zamora family. You are all in my prayers.

I was so sorry to hear of Mary Lou's passing and to think of her daughters and son's deep sense of sorrow.   Becky, Marisa, Denise and Vincent had a profound sense of love and caring for their mother Mary Lou.  After her husband Joe passed away suddenly and unexpectedly  with no forewarning their bond for each other grow even  so much more.
I first met Mary Lou in La Junta, our home town, about 1956 or 1957.  A brand new A & W Root Beer Stand opened on 3rd Street (then Hiway 50) and Mary Lou worked there as a Car Hop.  I met her when she waited on me and friends in the car.  She had the biggest, friendliest and most welcoming smile on her face as she greeted us for the first time.  Mary Lou never lost that warm and welcoming smile.  She greeted  me exactly the same way when I visited with here for the last time, although I had no idea that would be the last time I saw her.
Mary Lou fixed the best Mexican food.  I especially loved her flour tortillas which she made regularly.  She would call my wife Delia to ask if we were home.  If we were, she would stop by a little latter.  We lived about 15-20 minutes apart in Thornton.  " I fixed a big dinner and I thought you'd like some so I want to share it with you." I last saw her over a year ago.  I went to Beltran's to buy some posole and menudo and I called to see if she was home because I wanted to take some to her.  When I arrived she told me I had to have some with her.  That was my plan.  She took out some bowls and we had both with tortillas and talked about our families and life.  Our kids were doing well and we both talked a lot about them.
My grief and sorrow about Mary Lou's passing slowly evaporated as I thought of Mary Lou joining the love of her life in Heaven.  She and Joe were such a handsome and loving couple  together.  I can visualize them now dancing together as no one else could. Their legacy is that their kids share their same love and generosity and thoughtfulness for others.  God bless!  





Our deepest condolences to the family. Mary Lou was a gracious, loving, caring, beautiful person. She always carried herself with grace and dignity.  We were surprised and saddened to hear of her passing.  She will be greatly missed and always in our hearts.
