Keegan Jax Johnson-Scott was born on Monday, August 13, 2012 at 8:23pm to parents Jared Scott and Rebecca Johnson at St. Joseph Hospital. He weighed 6 pounds, 2 ounce and was 18 inches long.
He passed away in his sleep on January 29, 2013 at his home. He was only on this earth for a moment, but he will remain in all our hearts forever.
Our precious little angel will always be remembered by Rebecca, Jared, family and friends.
He was preceded in death by his grandmother Donita Johnson
Visitation will be held on Tuesday, February 5, 2013 from 6 to 8pm. at Olinger Crown Hill in the visitor center offices.
Funeral services will follow Wednesday, February 6th at 2pm in the Olinger Crown Hill Pavilion.
