Dianne was born in Missouri and lived there until she was 18. She fell in love with the mountains. She married James L Byrum on June 21, 1960. They had four children, Tracy, Gregory, Jeffrey and Lawrence (Larry. After her divorce in 1970, she went to Front Range Community College. She worked for Whirlpool for several years and then went to work for the Postal Service, where she met and married Orris H. White Jr. on March 22, 1974. Orris was very active with the Masons and he was also in the El Jebel Shrine. Dianne also became very active! She was an active member in The Social Order of the Beauceant, Daughter of the Nile, Caring Ladies, Optars and Computer Club. She had also been in the Order of the Amaranth and the Order of Eastern Star.
Dianne was very creative. She made miniatures for dollhouses, jewelry and painted tiles with alcohol paints. Dianne attended Word of Life Christian Center and enjoyed participating in the Golden Eagle events. She was a born again Christian and has changed her address to Heaven.
Dianne is survived by her Daughter, Tracy (Curtis) Hoefke, her Sons, Gregory Byrum, Jeffrey Byrum and Lawrence (Larry) Byrum. Grandson, Derek (Shaunelle) Wollenweber and Great Grandson Jaxon Wollenweber. Siblings, Kathleen (Michael) Merkan and Gary (Paula) Dittmar.
Dianne was preceded in death by her first Husband, James L Byrum, her last and forever Husband, Orris H. White Jr. Brothers, Clinton B Dittmar and Lynton E Dittmar. Sister-in-Law, Joan I White. Parents, Frank H Dittmar and Mary Edith Crystal Dittmar.
Please join us to Celebrate her Life on Friday, November 17, 2023. 11:00 AM to 12:00 PM at Olinger Crown Hill Mortuary & Cemetary, 7777 W 29th Avenue, Wheatridge Colorado 80033, followed by a reception from 12:00 PM to 2:00 PM.
