She was a longtime resident of Arvada Colorado and lived a robust and interesting life. She loved to travel, loved Opera, Rocky and Bullwinkle, gardening, and fostering dogs. She was very intelligent, and was a member of Mensa. An avid reader, she also authored and published 2 books on Astrology. She once held the office of President of the Colorado Astrological Association. She retired from a long career as an Escrow Officer for various title companies.
She was preceded in death by her parents, Leonard and Ruth Turner. She is survived by her son, Brian Rose and his wife, Pamela Rose of Arvada, CO; her daughter, Connie Rose of Arvada, CO; two grandchildren, KC Rose of Arvada, CO; and Sarah Holowenko and her husband, Bob Holowenko; as well as two great grandchildren, Hannah and Cara Holowenko of Quesnel BC, Canada.
The family will have a private service on October 24, 2024 at Olinger Crown Hill Mortuary & Cemetery, 7777 W. 29th Ave in Wheat Ridge, CO 80033. She will be interred in the Cremation Gardens.
