"Kelly" is survived by his children Bernard W. Kelly Jr., Robert R. (Dee) Kelly and Vicky L. Michaud, 13 grandchildren and numerous great-grandchildren. His beloved wife Elsie preceded him in death as well as his brother Jerry and son Steven G. Kelly. Visitation will be from 6-8pm on Wed. with services at 3:00pm Thurs. both at Olinger Crown Hill Mortuary and Cemetery. He will be buried with his wife at Olinger Crown Hill Cemetery. The United States Army will recognize his service to his country with military honors.
