Peter Joseph Gaudet

Gaudet, Peter Joseph ~ Age 101 passed away November 15, 2013 in Yarmouth Regional Hospital. He was born in Southville to the late Dalphie and Julia (Arsenault) Godett. Peter was a hard-working man and devoted husband and father. He will be greatly missed by all his family. He is survived by daughters, Merinna Garber, Ont.; Wanda Readman, Alberta; Esther Randall, Verna (Gordon) Marshall, Edith Parsons, all of Danvers; sons, Peter (Rhoda), Danvers and James (Theresa), Weymouth. He also leaves behind many grandchildren, great grandchildren, and a great great grandson. Peter is the last surviving member of his immediate family. He was predeceased by his wife, Ida (Stone) Gaudet, son, Forrest; daughters, Feddora Wagner, Ardenia Gaudette and Nedra in infancy. Visitation 2-4pm and 7-9pm, Tuesday, November 19th from Jayne’s Funeral Home, 5114 Hwy #1 Weymouth North. Funeral service 11am Wednesday, November 20th from St. Theresa’s Roman Catholic Church, Southville. Father Henry Smolenaars will preside with interment in the Parish Cemetery.
