Marjory Emma McKay born November 19, 1931 passed away peacefully February 20, 2017 at the age of 85 years. She was predeceased by her parents, Howard and Emma Eakins; husband, Russell McKay; sisters, Ruby Eakins, Hazel (Arthur) Shier, Marion Godwin and June Thurston; brothers, Melville (Edna) Eakins, Ernest (Mae) Eakins, John (Iris) Eakins, Earl (Evelyn) Eakins and Harold Eakins and nephews, Reggie Eakins; Jim Eakins, Gary Godwin and Charles Shier. Marjory will be remembered by her son, Howard (Helena) McKay of Saskatoon, Saskatchewan; daughter Lynn (Kevin) Quist of Weyburn, Saskatchewan; grandchildren, Emma McKay, Isaac McKay, Wilhelmus Quist and Antonius Quist; brothers-in-law, Earl Godwin and Lloyd Thurston; sister-in-law, Rosmund Eakins as well as numerous nieces, nephews, relatives and friends. A Memorial Service was held Saturday, February 25, 2017 at 2:00 p.m. from Grace United Church, Weyburn, Saskatchewan with Reverend M. Barnabas officiating. Interment followed at Hillcrest Cemetery, Weyburn, Saskatchewan. Donations in memory of Marjory may be made to the Grace United Church Memorial Fund of Tatagwa View, House #8.
