Ellwood "Poose" James Whitrow

Ellwood was predeceased by his parents, Edmund and Lily Whitrow; grandson, Christopher Lee Whitrow;

brothers, Bud, Don (Marilyn), & Tyke (Iris); sister, Velma (Clayton); in laws, Marion & Harvey Hemphill; brothers in law, Don, Allan, Gordon, Arthur, Kenneth, Duane Schmidt, & Ken Wood.

Ellwood is survived by his loving wife of 65 years, Isabel Whitrow of McTaggart, SK; his children, Rex Whitrow of Yellow Grass, SK; Roxann (Randy) Nast of Weyburn, SK; Dorothy Whitrow of Moose Jaw, SK;

Paul (Ronda) Whitrow of Yellow Grass, SK; 17 grandchildren, 39 great grandchildren and 4 great great grandchildren; brothers, Joe (Joan) Whitrow; sister, Sue Wood; brother in law, Lorne (Judy) Hemphill; sisters in law, Jean (Bill) Steinacher, Eveline Schmidt, Erna Hemphill, Carol Hemphill, & Edna Whitrow as well as numerous nieces, nephews, relatives & friends.

A Graveside Service and Interment took place on Thursday June 30, 2022 at 4:00 p.m. from Yellow Grass Cemetery, Yellow Grass, Saskatchewan.

Lunch and fellowship followed at Royal Canadian Legion, Branch #47, Weyburn, Saskatchewan.
