Jeanette Pardi

Jeanette (Aubin) Pardi, 99, formerly of Hartford, beloved wife of the late Charles A. Pardi, passed away peacefully on Sunday, July 1, 2018. Born in Woonsocket, RI on January 20, 1919, she was the daughter of the late Wilfred and Pamela (Levesque) Aubin. Jeanette spent most of her life devoted to raising her children and grandchildren, and loved every minute of it. She also enjoyed sewing, knitting and quilting. A loving mother, grandmother, great-grandmother and great-great-grandmother, Jeanette will be forever missed by her three children, Charles Pardi and wife Jane of Zachary, LA, Jeanne Katkavich of Eastport, ME and Charlene Biathrow and husband Ronald of Enfield; eight adored grandchildren; six cherished great-grandchildren and one special great-great-grandchild. She is also survived by many nieces, nephews, cousins and extended family members. Jeanette was predeceased by four brothers, three sisters, her son-in-law, John Katkavich and her great-grandson, Jon Katkavich. The family would like to thank the D’Esopo Funeral Chapel for all their help and Calley Brown from Athena Hospice for the care and compassion shown to Jeanette in her final days.

Calling hours will be Friday (July 6) from 9-10 a.m. concluding with a funeral service at 10 a.m. at the D’Esopo Funeral Chapel, 277 Folly Brook Blvd., Wethersfield. Entombment will follow in Mt.
