Bonnie Griswold Casey

Bonnie Griswold Casey, 40, of Augusta, Maine, passed away unexpectedly at home on Friday, June 17, 2022. Born in Hartford on June 15, 1982, she was the beloved daughter of Gary Newton Griswold and Sue of Marlborough, CT and Louise Alice (Cyr) Griswold of Wethersfield, CT. Bonnie grew up in Wethersfield and graduated from Wethersfield High School in 2000. Her passions were arts and crafts and making anything out of nothing. She was a great seamstress and enjoyed cooking in the kitchen.

In addition to her parents, Bonnie is survived by her cherished daughter, Haylie Rae Casey of Farmington, CT; her sister Melissa Drake and husband Jeremy and their children Evan and Chloe of Farmington, ME; Bonnie’s twin sister, Alyson Ferguson and son Ames of Farmington, CT and his dad, Adam Ferguson of Cromwell, CT; her brother, Thomas Griswold of Strong, ME; her grandmother, Marcia Griswold of Wethersfield, CT, as well as many extended family members and friends.

The family welcomes relatives and friends for visitation hours on Friday, June 24th from 4-7 p.m. at the D’Esopo Funeral Chapel, 277 Folly Brook Blvd., Wethersfield. The funeral service will be Saturday, June 25 at 10 a.m. at the First Church of Christ, 250 Main Street, Wethersfield. Everyone is asked to please go directly to the church.
