Rosemary M. Phillips, 82, of Westwood, NJ, passed away on Saturday, July 21, 2012. Rosemary was born in Paterson, NJ to Sydney and Margaret Kushner. She was very active in local politics; she was a member of the Bergen County Board of Senior Services, Friends of the Library Westwood Chapter, a member of the Westwood Seniors Fellowship, and worked on the campaign committee to elect John Corzine. Rosemary was predeceased by her brother Jack Kushner.
