Lorraine Roth

ROTH, Lorraine J., 86, of Haworth, NJ, passed away on Tuesday, June 30th, 2020 in the presence of her children. Lorraine was the loving and devoted mother of Rita Skjold and her husband Tom of Westwood, NJ, Mary DePietro and her husband Ted of Greenwood Lake, NY and Paul L. Roth of Hackensack, NJ; dear grandmother of Julianne Grehl and her husband Chris of West Nyack, NY and Nicholas DePietro of Greenwood Lake, NY; cherished older sister of Shirley Pricolo MacGregor and Dorothy Ward Wimmer; survived by her loving caregiver Aza of Brooklyn, NY as well as many nieces and nephews. She is predeceased by her loving husband Paul (Tommy) and her parents Lemuel and Agatha Ward.

Lorraine was born and raised in NJ, settling in Haworth, NJ in 1962. She volunteered at Haworth Elementary while raising her 3 children. She later worked at the Borough Clerk’s office until her retirement. Lorraine loved to sew, knit and was an avid baker and gardener. Blessed be the memory of Lorraine.

The family will receive guests at Becker Funeral Home on Monday, July 6th from 10:30AM-12PM with a Celebration of her life and faith and interment at George Washington Memorial Park in Paramus, NJ to follow. All attendees must wear face coverings.
