Joan Therese Weber

Joan Therese Weber, 88, of Wayne, NJ passed away on October 17, 2019 at 11:40PM. She was born on October 4, 1931 in Hackensack, NJ and was the daughter of Joseph and Margaret Clarke. She resided in Hackensack, NJ, New Milford, NJ, and was a long- time resident in River Vale, NJ residing there for 48 years.

Joan Weber was employed by Bank of America in Westwood, NJ for 23 years before retiring in 1994.

She is survived by daughter Justine Deane and son in law John Deane, daughter Patricia Carson and son in law William Carson, daughter Carol Lietke and son in law Michael Lietke, and son Christopher Weber. Grandchildren: George Beutel, Brian Carson, Christopher Erik Weber, Scott Carson, Matt Carson, and Noika Celia Weber. She is predeceased by her grandson Andrew Lietke.

Joan was a lover of reading and music and shared this love with each of her children. Over the last 8 years she was living with Alzheimer’s and yet we were lucky it never robbed her of her kind heart and ability to talk and sing. We all miss her dearly and know she will be watching over us from heaven because that’s where angels live. Love you forever.

Visitation for family and friends will be held at Becker Funeral Home Westwood, NJ on November 2nd from 9:00AM to 10:00AM. Funeral mass immediately following at St John the Baptist R.C. Church Hillsdale, NJ 10:30 to 11:30AM. Committal service at St Joseph Cemetery Hackensack, NJ at 12:00PM.
