Joan Lally

Joan Lally(nee Danielson), of River Vale passed away peacefully on Saturday, February 18, 2012. In her final days she was surrounded by loving family members in the comfort of her home. Born in Jersey City, NJ in 1944, and raised in the Minneapolis, Minnesota area, Joan has lived in River Vale, NJ for the past 42 years.Joan is survived by her beloved husband, Vincent Lally and her four children: daughter, Allison Lally; son David Lally and his wife Katrine and their four children, Jake, Ryan, Owen and Emma; son Thomas Lally, his wife Lenore and their two children, TJ and Alex; daughter Christine Dimas, her husband Gary and their two children, Nate and Eva. Also survived by Joan is her sister, Susan Geiger of Las Vegas Nevada. She is predeceased by her father Blain, mother Marian (Danielson), beloved brother Thomas, and sister Sara Jane Brune. Joan will also be missed by her loving neighbors from Herrmann Avenue and her extended families – the Nicholas’, Stiers and Dimas’.
