Anna May Marshall

MARSHALL, Anna M. (Ann), age 95, currently of Emerson, NJ, formerly of Ridgefield, NJ and Saddle Brook, NJ passed away on Feb.20, 2012. Ann was predeceased by her parents, Sidney L. and Catherine (Zinner) Lingerfeldt, and her sister Dorothy Hunt. Ann grew up in Ridgefield, then lived in Saddle Brook with her husband, the late James W.Marshall, where they raised their children, after which they moved back to Ridgefield. About 3 years ago, Ann moved to Emerson to live with her daughter. Ann gave up her beautician career to be a full time homemaker, at which she excelled . She was a long-time parishioner of St. James Episcopal Church in Ridgefield. Loving mother of James L. Marshall and his wife Barbara of Woolford, MD, and Melanie Suter of Emerson. Loving grandmother of Darlene Rubin and her husband David, Donald Welker, David Welker, Christine Ricciardella and her husband James, Theresa Buono and her husband George, Kathleen Wells and her husband Timothy, James T. Marshall, Robert Marshall and his wife Jodi, Michelle Frazier and her husband Thomas. Cherished great-grandmother of David M. Rubin, George and Joseph Buono, William Saelzer, Danielle and Kristen Welker, James, Dennis, Rachel and Matthew Welker, Taylor and Emily Marshall, Whitney and Maxwell Marshall, Thomas, James, and William Frazier. The family will receive their relatives and friends at Becker Funeral Home, 219 Kinderkamack Road, Westwood, NJ on Thursday, 2-4 and 7-9PM. The family will gather for the Funeral Mass at St. James Episcopal Church, Ridgefield, NJ on Friday at 11AM. Interment will follow at George Washington Memorial Park, Paramus, NJ. In lieu of flowers, donations in Ann’s memory may be sent to St. James Episcopal Church, 514 Abbott Ave. Ridgefield, NJ 07657, or a charity of the donor’s choice.
