Angela Norton Commerford of River Vale passed away at age 67 on Friday, January 9, 2015 after a 2 year battle with cancer. She was at home surrounded by her family. Angela was the beloved wife of James Commerford for 44 years and loving mother of Colleen Seldin, Kelly Tiscornia and Siobhan Weinstein. She was the devoted grandmother of Avery and Kennedy Seldin, Ella and Kady Tiscornia and Kiara and Aidan Weinstein.
Angela is also survived by brothers Thomas and James Norton and sisters Michaella Pacillo and MaryPat Cammarata.
Angela was the co-owner of Suburban Sprinklers of Westwood.
The family will receive their relatives and friends at Becker Funeral Home, 219 Kinderkamack Road, Westwood, NJ on Monday, January 12 from 2:00- 4:00 PM and 7:00 – 9:00 PM. The Funeral Mass celebrating Angela’s life and faith will be at Our Lady of Victories R. C. Church in Harrington Park, NJ Tuesday, January 13 at 10:30AM.
The family has asked that in lieu of flowers donations can be made to the John Theurer Cancer Center at Hackensack University Medical Center or to Our Lady of Victories Church.
