A celebration of life service for Robert will be held Thursday, March 21, 2019 at 2:30 pm in the Westminster Memorial Park Main Chapel with a graveside ceremony to follow. Arrangements under the direction of Westminster Memorial Park, 14801 Beach Blvd. Westminster, CA 92683.
