To charlottes family. I am so sad to hear of Charlottes passing.  I absolutely adored Charlotte. My mom Joan OGRady was one of Charlotte’s roomates at Newport Rehab during the month of July 2018.  Charlotte was a godsend for me. She let me know every morning when I came to visit that my mom slept well that night.  Charlotte showed us the ropes around the facility and we painted, played bingo and did every activity that Charlotte did. We went out on the patio and admired the garden and read the newspaper together. We all had a lot of fun the month of July. Charlotte even nicknamed me Blondie a name I will always love.   My mom and her caregiver came by the rehab today to visit Charlotte  and that’s when we learned of her passing. My mom remembered how much Charlotte loved my mom’s flowers from her garden so mom had hand picked a bouquet for Charlotte.  We will be forever thankful for having the opportunity of knowing Charlotte. She was a jewel.
