Katy was a loving wife. She was a devoted mother to her four children and doting grandmother to her seven grandchildren. She is survived by her spouse of 55 years, Warren Shaffer, son Todd Shaffer (Jessica), son Travis Shaffer (Christina), daughter Amy Shaffer Ruden, son Jeff Shaffer and her seven grandchildren, Megan, Matthew, Kaylee, Lucas, Austin, Maggie and Tyler, sisters Suzi Geiger and Debbie Wiseman, and brother Don Wiseman.
A gathering to commemorate the life of Katy Shaffer will be held on Thursday, December 5, 2024 at Pierce Brothers Valley Oaks. Pierce Brothers is located at 5600 Lindero Canyon Blvd., Westlake Village, CA The service will commence at 2:00PM and conclude at 3:00 PM with a light lunch served after.
