Juanita was born August 11, 1939 in Jackson, Kentucky, the daughter of the late Gordon and Maude Allen. She was the beloved wife of George Zicarelli who predeceased her in 1979; loving mother of Richard, Janet, Debra, George and Susan Zicarelli; cherished grandmother of Joshua, Jennifer, James, Candace, Adam and Erin and great-grandmother of Chloe, Paul, Bella, Mia, Olivia, Isadora, Nicholas, Lexi, Owen, Aubrey and Jace; dear sister of Leon, Leonard, Christine, Janet and the late Charles, Dennis, Alvin and Martha; adored aunt of many.
