He was born in Lake Charles and raised in Westlake. In 1965 his family relocated to Lancaster, TX where he finished his junior and senior years of High School. He spent the next 45 years in Texas where he raised his children and worked in Law Enforcement, serving in several positions, including Chief of Police. After retiring he moved to Westlake and married Barbara. He was a member of St. John Bosco Catholic Church, the Knights of Columbus and the ACTS community.
He is survived by his wife of ten years, Barbara Foy Guillory of Westlake; daughters, Shirley Cosby and husband John of Granbury, TX; Stephanie Colvard and husband Kevin of Fort Worth, TX; sisters, Janese Mercer and husband Don of Kemp, TX; Janeane Guillory and Norma of Amarillo, TX; step-children, Robery Foy, Michael Foy of Westlake; Rhonda Ory of Lake Charles; Jamie Russ and husband John of Westlake; five grandchildren, three great grandchildren, nine step grandchildren, and one great step grandson.
He was preceded in death by his parents, Jay and Shirley Guillory and his brother, Jimmy Guillory.
Visitation will be Saturday, February 5, 2022 from 10am until 12 noon with a rosary at 12pm at St. John
Bosco Catholic Church of Westlake. Services will be at 1pm at the church. Rev. Joseph Jenesh will officiate. Burial will follow at Westlake Memorial Park Cemetery.
