Velda Harding

Velda Harding (nee Morrill) passed away on April 2, 2024, in Hillsboro, Oregon, at the age of 84. She was born on July 28, 1939, in Glenwood, UT. Velda was a loving and generous woman, known for her fun and sometimes silly nature. She was a wonderful cook who enjoyed having her family gather around for love, laughs, and good food. Velda's home was always a safe and special place for those she loved, filled with laughter, hugs, and "Shirley Temples." In her free time, Velda enjoyed diamond art, paint nite and napping with her cat.

Velda is survived by her children Tim Crosley and Tonya Harding, as well as many grandchildren, great-grandchildren, and great-great-grandchildren who all held a special place in her heart. She was preceded in death by her husband, Hugh (Trigger), and her siblings Jack, Grant, Richard, and Ken Morrill, as well as Lois Steab and Wanna Williams.

A viewing will be held at 12pm on April 23, 2024, at Valley View Funeral Home and Memorial Park in West Valley City, Utah, with graveside services to follow.
